Not sure if this is really a VPN, but the service works really well... specially you can get a boost in your internet response (please notice I'm not talking about download speed). The DNS is really fast and you can get the max speed from your internet provider...the service is not free, but you can try before subscribe, just to make sure you like it...as plus, you can switch between Netflix account to different regions (i.e from US to  Latin America)
