Eat Breakfast for Healthier Eating All Day Long (and Other Healthy Eating Tricks):
I really think Breakfast need to be a must in our diets if we want to keep a healthy diet and even lose some pounds... I used not to have breakfast to try losing weight and I think that's a big mistake...having a good breakfast helps you to manage your craving and feel more energize...I'm not talking about scientific facts but my own personal experience...dinner, on the other hand, creates the opposite... the heavier you go with dinner the worst impact in your weight, sleeping patterns, etc...
